Location: This position is based in Gurugram, India. Relocation package will be provided.

What you will do
- Lead and manage engineering teams, providing hands-on technical guidance.
- Engage in full stack engineering across various technology layers.
- Develop and inspire team members to achieve their potential.
- Architect and maintain complex, scalable systems.
Requirements
- Proficient in at least one programming language (Java, Scala, C#).
- Strong experience in systems architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience managing engineering teams with 5+ direct reports.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD.
- Must have worked in an agile development environment.
