hirify.global is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join their backend development team.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable backend systems using Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain Microservices architecture to support large-scale system functionality.
• Implement data persistence using Hibernate, JPA, and databases like MySQL and MongoDB.
• Develop, test, and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless service communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver efficient backend solutions.
• Optimize application performance, ensure security, and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of professional experience in Java backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• Experience with Microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Expertise in Hibernate and JPA for data management.
• Proficient in relational databases like MySQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Only B.Tech/M.Tech candidates required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
