hirify.global is seeking a Java Technical Lead to build high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications.

What you will do

• Work closely with customers to ensure technical delivery and positive experience.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Provide expertise throughout the full software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in building Java/J2EE applications.
• Strong experience with Core Java, Rest API, and building J2EE web applications/services.
• Strong knowledge of ORM frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot) and Microservices architecture.
• Understanding of Relational Database Model, including experience creating schemas.
• Experience with automated testing platforms, unit tests, and code versioning tools (Git, SVN, Mercurial).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for direct customer interaction.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ElasticSearch.
• Experience dealing with performance-related issues (App profiling, Distributed Caching, Memory Management, Asynchronous Programming).
