What you will do

  • Maintain and update printers, Wi-Fi, meeting room technology, and SCCM for reliability.
  • Manage print servers and implement self-service printer access solutions.
  • Monitor and manage LAN networks to ensure smooth connectivity and performance.
  • Ensure meeting room technology is functional and up-to-date.
  • Manage IT asset inventory and coordinate equipment delivery and setup.
  • Communicate with users to resolve IT issues promptly and minimize disruptions.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Advanced troubleshooting of Windows OS and macOS systems.
  • Expertise in Active Directory and OS deployment tools.
  • Understanding of OSI model, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and network troubleshooting.
  • Experience with antivirus solutions, data protection, and backup strategies.
  • Fluent spoken and written English (Upper-Intermediate+ level).

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Ukrainian language.
