What you will do
- Maintain and update printers, Wi-Fi, meeting room technology, and SCCM for reliability.
- Manage print servers and implement self-service printer access solutions.
- Monitor and manage LAN networks to ensure smooth connectivity and performance.
- Ensure meeting room technology is functional and up-to-date.
- Manage IT asset inventory and coordinate equipment delivery and setup.
- Communicate with users to resolve IT issues promptly and minimize disruptions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Advanced troubleshooting of Windows OS and macOS systems.
- Expertise in Active Directory and OS deployment tools.
- Understanding of OSI model, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with antivirus solutions, data protection, and backup strategies.
- Fluent spoken and written English (Upper-Intermediate+ level).
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Ukrainian language.
