What you will do

• Lead a cross-functional product group covering mobile apps, recipient experience, collaboration, and design framework adoption.
• Own the experience layer of the platform across web, mobile, and chat/AI interfaces.
• Drive improvements in critical user flows such as create, send, sign, and pay.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure consistent UI kit and design system usage.
• Inspire, mentor, and align multiple product teams to deliver a unified user experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe or US East Coast.
• 8+ years of product management and design experience with 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong background in user experience, design systems, and collaboration products.
• Proven success shipping mobile applications at scale.
• Experience improving critical flows and information architecture in complex products.
• Technical knowledge of agentic AI and ability to build AI agents.
