What you will do

  • Design and evolve secure, cost-efficient AWS architectures for shared services.
  • Develop and maintain observability standards, dashboards, and proactive alerting.
  • Build reliability tooling and automation using Go and .NET.
  • Implement Terraform for multi-account AWS environments and improve CI/CD pipelines.
  • Lead incident response and drive capacity planning and resilience patterns.
  • Partner with security teams to ensure compliance and apply best practices.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the US or able to work remotely within US time zones.
  • 7–10 years experience in SRE or related roles with production AWS workloads.
  • Strong expertise in Go, .NET, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tools.
  • Experience with observability tools like Dynatrace and PagerDuty.
  • Deep understanding of distributed systems, networking, and incident management.
  • Security-aware operations and compliance experience (SOC2, FedRAMP readiness).
