Location: Hybrid (4 days a week in London office)

What you will do

  • Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer.
  • Build and maintain strategic client relationships, providing market insights and talent strategy advice.
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities through networking and proactive outreach.
  • Source and engage high-quality security professionals using LinkedIn and existing networks.
  • Handle complex negotiations and offer management to ensure optimal packages for candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records in Bullhorn CRM and ensure GDPR compliance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role within tech, digital, or change sectors.
  • Strong track record of business development and client relationship management.
  • Expertise in sourcing talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and roles simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office 4 days a week.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Bullhorn CRM.
