What you will do
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering market insights and talent strategy advice.
- Identify and win new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Source and engage high-quality candidates using various platforms and your network.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job brief to offer.
- Support clients and candidates in offer negotiation and package management.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, employment law, and internal standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally within tech, digital, or change.
- Strong track record of business development and client relationship management.
- Confidence in sourcing talent through platforms like LinkedIn and job boards.
- Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Solid negotiation and offer management skills with a commercial mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
