Location: Hybrid (4 days a week in London office)

What you will do
- Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer.
- Build and maintain strategic client relationships, providing market insights and talent strategy advice.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities through networking and proactive outreach.
- Source and engage high-quality security professionals using LinkedIn and existing networks.
- Handle complex negotiations and offer management to ensure optimal packages for candidates.
- Maintain accurate records in Bullhorn CRM and ensure GDPR compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role within tech, digital, or change sectors.
- Strong track record of business development and client relationship management.
- Expertise in sourcing talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and roles simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office 4 days a week.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience with Bullhorn CRM.
