TL;DR

Experienced Recruitment Consultant (Information Security): Developing and maintaining client relationships and new business opportunities within the information security sector with an accent on full-cycle contract recruitment and market expertise. Focus on sourcing top-tier tech professionals across Europe and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Location: Hybrid in London, UK (4 days a week in office, 2 weeks per year remote from anywhere)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering market insights and talent strategy advice.
  • Identify and win new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Source and engage high-quality candidates using various platforms and your network.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job brief to offer.
  • Support clients and candidates in offer negotiation and package management.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, employment law, and internal standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally within tech, digital, or change.
  • Strong track record of business development and client relationship management.
  • Confidence in sourcing talent through platforms like LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Solid negotiation and offer management skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
