hirify.global is looking for a talented, experienced Middle to Senior 3D vegetation Artist who can create different types of plants and organic (trees, bushes, grass, etc.).

What you will do

• Develop and maintain real-time vegetation game assets through the full 3D pipeline in Unreal Engine 5.
• Develop sets of plants for different biomes, analyzing and planning assets based on concepts and guidelines.
• Ensure proper integration of assets, considering technical and gameplay constraints.
• Obtain guidance and approval from Lead Artists as required.
• Refine artistic abilities and learn new software and in-house tools.
• Coordinate with Senior and Lead Artists, mentoring Junior 3D Artists and sharing best practices.

Requirements

• Experience in vegetation modeling in the game industry.
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling tools such as 3D Max, Maya, Blender, ZBrush, Speed Tree, or Houdini.
• Strong understanding of Texture creation tools such as Photoshop, Substance Designer, or Substance Painter.
• Experience in any Game Engine like Unreal Engine 5 or Unity is a plus.
• High-poly sculpting in Zbrush is a plus.
• Good understanding of modern pipelines and requirements for game development.
