What you will do

• Provide first-line support and diagnose root cause problems within real-time, distributed environments.
• Plan and deploy large-scale applications and infrastructure, including capacity planning.
• Organize and execute application migrations and infrastructure upgrades.
• Collaborate with multiple colleagues and lead troubleshooting sessions.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 3+ years in a Site Reliability or similar role, or foundational skills for those with less than 3 years of experience.
• Good knowledge of UNIX/Linux command line and basic understanding of TCP/IP and UDP networking.
• Basic experience in writing SQL database queries.
• Basic experience in Bash, Python, or other scripting languages.
• Clear ability to collaborate and strong verbal communication skills.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Trading desk support experience and knowledge of trading systems and applications.
• Intermediate-level Python development experience.
• Understanding of operating system performance tuning.
