What you will do

• Provide first line support and root cause analysis in real-time distributed environments.
• Plan and deploy large-scale application and infrastructure capacity upgrades.
• Organize application migrations and infrastructure upgrades.
• Collaborate with colleagues to lead troubleshooting and brainstorming sessions.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Requirements

• Location: Candidates should be based in or near Gurugram, London, Miami, New York, Singapore, or Sydney.
• Good knowledge of UNIX/Linux command line and networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP).
• Experience with SQL queries and scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
• Ability to diagnose problems and support trading systems in real-time environments.
• Strong communication skills and a self-driven, inquisitive attitude.

Nice to have

• Trading desk support experience and knowledge of trading systems.
• Intermediate Python development skills.
• Understanding of operating system performance tuning.
