What you will do

  • Reproduce, analyze, and evaluate technical issues to resolve them independently or escalate as required.
  • Create business incident tickets in the internal system and ensure compliance with SLAs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify root causes and drive resolutions.
  • Monitor product stability and engage relevant departments during high-priority incidents.
  • Act as the first line of technical defense for clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong client support skills and understanding of how technical issues affect business operations.
  • English proficiency at least B2 level and fluency in Russian or Ukrainian.
  • Ability to multitask and work in different shifts, including nights.
