What you will do
- Reproduce, analyze, and evaluate technical issues to resolve them independently or escalate as required.
- Create business incident tickets in the internal system and ensure compliance with SLAs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify root causes and drive resolutions.
- Monitor product stability and engage relevant departments during high-priority incidents.
- Act as the first line of technical defense for clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong client support skills and understanding of how technical issues affect business operations.
- English proficiency at least B2 level and fluency in Russian or Ukrainian.
- Ability to multitask and work in different shifts, including nights.
