What you will do

• Monitor and maintain physical and virtual Linux servers to ensure optimal system performance and uptime.
• Deploy new systems and continuously improve automation and deployment processes.
• Take ownership of specific components within the CDN to ensure top-tier performance and availability.
• Enhance documentation, update infrastructure procedures, and support knowledge sharing across teams.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with advanced Linux administration.
• Strong knowledge of networking and routing protocols (BGP, TCP/IP, UDP, tunneling, etc.).
• Deep understanding of HTTP protocols and proven ability to troubleshoot HTTP and network-related issues.
• Expertise with tools and services such as Varnish, Nginx, bird, Linux firewalls, and scripting languages.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently.
• Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken.
