Back-End Engineer (Mid/Senior)

What you will do

• Design data architecture, data models, and the underlying data infrastructure ecosystem.
• Design, build, and maintain data processing pipelines.
• Design, build, and maintain a microservice architecture.
• Help establish the company’s underlying technology and influence product and technical direction.
• Balance delivery speed and solution quality while focusing on tangible results.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience building high-quality software solutions.
• Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining scalable, highly available, high-load systems.
• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language and willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of technology.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, tasks, and people in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English skills.
