What you will do

• Own and execute global enablement programs including onboarding, certifications, and training calendars.
• Administer enablement tech stack such as Seismic and Mindtickle to ensure field readiness at scale.
• Deliver field communications including newsletters and enablement updates for global alignment.
• Translate GTM strategy into actionable enablement deliverables collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps.
• Measure adoption and platform usage, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Act as a trusted partner to capture feedback and resolve enablement requests ensuring reps have necessary resources.

Requirements

• English: B2 level or higher required
• 2–4 years experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, or Program/Project Management.
• Hands-on experience with Seismic and Mindtickle strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple global initiatives with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including content creation.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with ability to work independently and deliver measurable outcomes.
