Technical Program Manager

What you will do

• Define and communicate program objectives with business leadership.
• Solidify project scope, identify impacted workstreams, and build program/project schedules.
• Create reports to evaluate program status and communicate to various levels of stakeholders.
• Coordinate functional technical teams to meet objectives, resolve blockers, and deliver value.
• Ensure proper rollout of tools and processes with adherence to change management best practices.
• Ensure creation and maintenance of appropriate documentation and successful program outcomes measured by KPIs.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of system architecture, software design principles, product development lifecycle, and software deployment.
• Expertise in business processes (sales, marketing, finance, quote-to-cash) and experience with CRM (SFDC), Marketing Automation (Marketo), ERPs, ServiceNow, Coupa, and Tableau.
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Monday.com), vendor relationship management, and ability to analyze relational data.
• Experience creating process flow diagrams, identifying project risks, and familiarity with testing methodologies.
• English: B2 required for effective communication.
• Location: Must be permanently located in Romania for hybrid work in Bucharest.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field.
• Relevant experience in IT and business applications program management in a technology company.
• Certifications: PMP, Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
