What you will do

• Lead and technically mentor a team of Marketing Database Coordinators/Specialists.
• Define and own the database strategy, including data acquisition and ongoing hygiene.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data meets business needs and improves coverage/quality.
• Develop agile and scalable database architecture with Business Technology and Analytics teams.
• Build automated solutions, including AI tools, for data aggregation, standardization, and enhancement.
• Own data processing output, define rulesets, and identify innovative technologies for efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years leading/coaching a team.
• 5+ years managing a CRM database (Salesforce experience preferred).
• Advanced proficiency with SQL or Python and manipulating data sets.
• Advanced proficiency with Alteryx or Dataiku, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
• Awareness of developing AI tools to support data management and enhance quality.
• Strong project management skills and executive presence.
