What you will do

  • Guide startup customers through onboarding, implementation, product adoption, and value-driven success.
  • Partner with account managers to flag at-risk accounts, provide customer insights, and highlight expansion opportunities.
  • Empower customers to become self-sufficient hirify.global champions, solving their needs while focusing on long-term success and retention.
  • Serve as the point of contact for customers and drive them to specific business outcomes on their timelines.
  • Provide technical answers and recommend efficient ways for customers to achieve compliance using the platform.
  • Serve as the voice of customers cross-functionally, providing feedback to the product team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company.
  • Background in running a large book of business at scale.
  • Willingness to collaborate with others and drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Self-motivated and committed to iterating when necessary.
  • Possess clear communication skills and strong critical thinking ability.
  • Be empathetic to customers, with a proven track record of customer retention.
