Tech Lead AI Engineer (Generative AI)

What you will do

• Lead the technical development of AI-powered solutions.
• Drive technical decisions and provide hands-on software engineering across the AI and application stack.
• Build scalable, reliable, and production-ready solutions using Generative AI and Azure technologies.
• Act as a technical reference and provide direction to engineering teams.
• Translate business requirements into software architectures and technical solutions.

Requirements

• Advanced English communication skills.
• Strong software engineering experience and previous experience leading engineering teams or serving as a technical reference.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Django/Django REST Framework, Azure OpenAI, Generative AI, and LangChain.
• Experience with Celery, Redis, PostgreSQL, React or Next.js, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Bicep or Infrastructure as Code in Azure.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, communication, collaboration, and hands-on technical leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience designing architectures and application patterns for LLM-powered systems.
• Experience integrating multiple Azure services.
• Knowledge of observability, security, and production best practices for AI applications.
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and mentoring software engineers.
