What you will do

  • Lead hirify.global’s support desk and resolve customer issues via chat, email, and video calls.
  • Design automations and workflows to enhance support efficiency.
  • Create documentation and SOPs for support processes.
  • Track and report key support metrics.
  • Identify recurring customer pain points and collaborate with product teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in customer support or operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Exceptional written communication skills.
  • Experience with support platforms like Intercom.
  • Passion for improving healthcare and creating real-world impact.
