Location: Hybrid in London, UK. Initial 3 months require 2 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Review and manage ongoing support cases, planning daily actions and participating in Scrum meetings.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues for clients, collaborating with R&D colleagues for deeper insights.
• Document solutions thoroughly to enrich the knowledge base and enable proactive support.
• Create knowledge articles and share findings to benefit colleagues and clients in similar situations.
• Dedicate time to continuous professional development and service improvement projects.

Requirements

• Strong passion for technology and web development.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for professional client interactions, particularly with US-based clients.
• Legally allowed to work in the United Kingdom.
• Availability to work from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with at least the first 3 months requiring two days per week in the office.
