Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of IT and technical understanding.
- Customer service or technical support experience is a plus.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Excellent communication skills in German (C1 – C2) and English (B1-B2).
- Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
