TL;DR

Growth Product Manager (AI): Leading the development of growth-focused products for expert community, accelerating acquisition, activation, and early retention with an accent on identifying opportunities, defining and delivering growth initiatives, and establishing an experimentation framework. Focus on building, launching, and scaling products that remove friction, improve conversion, and unlock new growth loops.

Location: Remote or New York, NY (Hybrid)

Salary: $140-180K (includes base and annual performance bonus) and equity.

What you will do

  • Drive panel & growth strategy to own expert acquisition and activation funnel.
  • Adopt a hypothesis-driven approach to product-led growth; run A/B tests and iterate based on insights.
  • Partner with data analytics to analyze client demand trends and prioritize efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing to test and scale new expert acquisition channels.
  • Optimize the onboarding and sign-up experience to streamline journey from account creation to profile completion.
  • Work closely with engineering, product design, marketing, and operations to align on priorities that fuel sustainable growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Product Management, ideally with exposure to Growth, PLG, or marketplace dynamics.
  • Skilled at interpreting funnel data and using analytics to drive decisions.
  • Experience designing, running, and scaling A/B tests or growth experiments.
  • Proven success working across functions to deliver results.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, iterative environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience designing and running growth experiments using tools like Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, or Amplitude.
  • Proficiency with SQL and analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Looker, Tableau) to measure funnels, retention, and LTV:CAC metrics.
  • Background in scaling two-sided marketplaces or expert networks.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
