Location: Candidates should reside within reasonable commuting distance to the Denver office, as this role requires on-site presence at least three days per week.

Salary: $130,000 to $175,000 for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington residents.

What you will do

• Act as the governing lead for one or more teams of virtual developers using Cognition AI’s Devin (or similar toolsets).
• Collaborate with hirify.global development teams to design innovative GenAI-based products and features.
• Research, evaluate, and document new technologies, dev agents, and similar tools as they appear on the market.
• Write clean, maintainable code that is extensible with minimum number of defects.
• Translate product and feature ideas into technical designs and development tasks.
• Define new opportunities for leveraging GenAI to improve hirify.global products and organizational processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with strong competence in backend development.
• 5+ years of experience with .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web/REST APIs and React / Vue / Angular / Svelte, Typescript.
• 4+ years of experience with SQL Azure (preferred) or SQL Server, PostgreSQL (preferred).
• AI development experience including competence with Large Language Models, Prompt Engineering, Embeddings/vectorization/semantic similarity and RAG.
• Experience with GitHub / Azure DevOps / Bit and Microsoft Visual Studio Code (preferred) or Microsoft Visual Studio.
• Strong visioning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
