What you will do

• Solve complex technical problems at the fundamentals of our web and React Native clients.
• Set technical standards across hirify.global and educate on those standards.
• Build hybrid-first code that works across both web and React Native.
• Help set the technical roadmap and vision for the team.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers.

Requirements

• 7+ years as a professional software developer.
• Expertise with JavaScript frameworks, especially React.
• Experience in React Native development.
• Experience building reusable frontend design libraries.
• Rigor in automated testing and code quality.
