• Lead the development of both frontend and backend applications, guiding and mentoring other engineers.

• Establish best practices for code reusability and performance.
• Implement systems to monitor application health and performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in frontend and backend technologies, specifically Typescript/Javascript, React/React Native, and Node.js or Python.
• Strong proficiency in building APIs and distributed systems.
• Experience with tools like Docker, Github Actions, and Datadog.
• Proficiency in databases like PostgreSQL and messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Previous experience in early-stage engineering teams.
