Location: Remote
Compensation Range: $170,000 - $200,000

What you will do
- Lead the development of both frontend and backend applications, guiding and mentoring other engineers.
- Architect the development of core systems, including real-time job matching algorithms.
- Design and build scalable web and mobile applications to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to create a seamless user experience.
- Establish best practices for code reusability and performance.
- Implement systems to monitor application health and performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in frontend and backend technologies, specifically Typescript/Javascript, React/React Native, and Node.js or Python.
- Strong proficiency in building APIs and distributed systems.
- Experience with tools like Docker, Github Actions, and Datadog.
- Proficiency in databases like PostgreSQL and messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
- Previous experience in early-stage engineering teams.
