What you will do

• Work closely with the QA Lead to manage workloads and lead in their absence.
• Carry out structured testing and execute test plans.
• Conduct exploratory and destructive testing to identify issues.
• Communicate with internal and external testing teams.
• Document issues with detailed evidence and follow up on resolutions.
• Report critical issues and test results to the QA Lead.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a QA role, preferably in a development studio.
• Experience testing on PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proactive approach to testing.
• Passion for video games and familiarity with the Management/Simulation genre.
