Salary: $235,000 - $305,000 a year

hirify.global is developing the first ground-up, fully autonomous vehicle fleet and the supporting ecosystem required to bring this technology to market.

What you will do

• Design and implement highly scalable and reliable web applications to support hirify.global's autonomous robotaxi service.
• Provide architectural leadership across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and AI investments — ensuring reliability, scalability, and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams, PMs, designers and remote operators to build new features.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, performing code reviews and promoting best practices.

Requirements

• Solid foundations in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
• Solid understanding of web technologies.
• Experience with a Front End UI Framework (e.g. Vue, React, Svelte).
• Ability to design and architect large scale web applications.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate consistently.
• 10+ YOE and Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an engineering, mathematics, or related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or C++.
• Experience with 3D graphics, especially in a web context.
• Familiarity with robotics and 3D spatial reasoning.
