What you will do

  • Act as primary contact for B2B/enterprise customers, ensuring satisfaction and success.
  • Manage escalations and maintain regular contact to understand business priorities.
  • Drive adoption of hirify.global features among partners.
  • Provide internal communication on account status and health.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and operations to champion partner needs.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in a customer success role.
  • Comfortable working EST/PST hours in a remote setup.
  • Understanding of SaaS and APIs.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Team player with a partner-first mindset.

Nice to have

  • FinTech experience, especially with a broker-dealer business.
  • Startup mindset for a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with international B2B clients.
