What you will do

• Support the design, development, and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for hirify.global Platform.
• Design and develop a cloud-native SaaS platform and build modern, secure REST APIs within a containerized AWS environment using Spring Boot.
• Integrate IAM platforms with various enterprise and cloud-native applications.
• Contribute to the adoption of authentication and authorization standards, including SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and JWT.
• Create high-quality, verified implementations with comprehensive unit and automated behavior-driven tests.
• Support troubleshooting and performance tuning across identity services and contribute to architectural discussions.

Requirements

• Work from: United States
• Strong hands-on coding experience with Java and Spring Boot for cloud-native software platforms.
• In-depth experience with AWS technologies, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud troubleshooting.
• Extensive experience with databases and optimizing distributed system performance.
• Foundational understanding of authentication concepts (SAML, JWT, OAuth 2.0, OIDC).
• English: B2 required

Nice to have

• Experience with IAM platforms like Okta, Ping Identity, or OpenAM/OpenDJ.
• Familiarity with LDAP and directory concepts.
• Scripting experience with Shell, Python, or Groovy.
• Exposure to building CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
• Experience with AWS IAM and Azure AD.
