What you will do

• Design and build infrastructure and tooling to support the hirify.global platform, from scaling existing products to enabling entirely new product initiatives.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management with Terraform and Terragrunt to ensure consistency, repeatability, and reliability across a large number of customer environments.
• Evolve platform foundations across AWS (EKS, SQS, Aurora, S3), balancing innovation with sustainability.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to improve performance and reliability across services.
• Strengthen security posture, implementing best practices and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Improve developer experience, building systems that make it easier and faster for teams to deliver value.

Requirements

• Ability to autonomously design, build, and scale high-quality infrastructure from early stages to maturity.
• Experience architecting and operating highly available database solutions, ideally Aurora PostgreSQL.
• Strong experience with AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes in a scaling environment.
• Strong engineering background and history of designing resilient systems.
