Founding GTM Engineer (AI): Taking ownership of HubSpot and automation stack to design processes, build reporting, and scale the go-to-market engine with an accent on systems, process, and growth. Focus on optimizing CRM, defining lead pipelines, and collaborating with Sales & Growth.

What you will do
- Audit and optimise HubSpot CRM (data, workflows, reporting).
- Design Clay + Ocean outbound flows with AI-driven enrichment.
- Define ICPs, build lead pipelines, and enforce attribution standards.
- Create dashboards for pipeline health and ROI.
- Partner with Sales & Growth to run and refine outbound plays.
Requirements
- HubSpot/RevOps expertise (workflows, routing, reporting).
- Hands-on AI & automation skills (Clay, Ocean, Zapier/Make, LLMs).
- Ability to think in systems and ship MVPs quickly.
- Understanding of outbound craft: ICPs, messaging, list hygiene.
- Clear communication and enjoyment of collaboration.
