Salary: £28,748 - £35,500 per annum (plus performance bonus)

What you will do

• Investigate suspected fraudulent claims and policies using various intelligence tools.
• Deliver usable intelligence-based products to effectively reduce claim losses.
• Provide intelligence-led support to claims and underwriting teams.
• Analyze and evaluate highly confidential datasets and documentation.
• Produce clear, concise reports summarizing complex investigation findings.
• Build and maintain relationships with intelligence suppliers and law enforcement agencies.

Requirements

• Must have the legal right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Applicants on Graduate/Post-Study visas must have at least one year remaining.
• Experience in claims or underwriting with a focus on leakage control and risk management.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills for producing reports.
• Proficiency in electronic fraud detection software and intelligence analysis tools.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with deadlines.
