What you will do
- Design and own the end-to-end enablement strategy for revenue teams.
- Build structured onboarding programs tailored to each function.
- Lead ongoing training and upskilling sessions.
- Create role-specific learning paths and track progression.
- Develop and manage enablement content.
- Collaborate with Sales/RevOps to track enablement KPIs.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or Revenue Ops.
- Direct exposure to roles you're enabling (SDR, AE, CSM).
- Strong communication and teaching skills.
- Familiar with GTM tech stack.
- Data-driven mindset.
