Frontend Software Engineer

What you will do

• Design and develop new user experiences and product features used by B2B sales teams.
• Create interactive interfaces and visual content with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
• Improve product usability, solve technical issues, and maintain a consistent design language.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, product, design, customer success, support, and sales.
• Rapidly iterate on design prototypes and working applications, shipping new features regularly.
• Work independently and in small cross-functional teams with significant autonomy and impact.

Requirements

• Experience designing and maintaining complex, large, or growing user interfaces.
• Ability to work closely with designers and suggest improvements to new features.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on high-quality visual output.
• Interest in reusable components and consistent design systems.
• Commitment to software engineering best practices and testing delivered code.
• Experience with hirify.global's stack is not required; the stack includes Ruby on Rails, React, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis.
