What you will do

• Architect scalable, low-latency backend systems and data pipelines, writing code as necessary.
• Provide technical leadership in designing scalable solutions and establishing best practices.
• Contribute to the team's productivity and growth.
• Advocate for software development best practices and conduct code reviews.
• Proactively identify and address technical challenges.

Requirements

• Proven track record of building scalable, distributed, data-intensive systems.
• Experience working with large data in low-latency environments.
• At least 7 years of experience in software development for distributed systems, architecting scalable microservices, and data pipelines in a successful high-growth technology company.
• A strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
• Up-to-date knowledge and experience in the latest technologies, tools, and frameworks.

Nice to have

• Adtech or Martech experience is a plus.
• Experience with Go and high-performance databases is a plus.
