Location: Fully remote or onsite at the office in Wrocław, Poland. Relocation support is available for foreigners aiming to work onsite.

What you will do
- Analyze gameplay mechanics, interactions, and systems to identify opportunities to improve player experience.
- Collaborate with game designers, developers, artists, and the UI team to integrate UX improvements.
- Analyze player feedback and personal observations to identify pain points, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and communicate actionable recommendations based on UX best practices and industry trends.
- Iterate on gameplay features, controls, camera systems, and other game elements.
- Support consistency between the user interface and the overall player experience.
Requirements
- Experience as a UX Specialist, UX Designer, or in a similar video game industry role.
- Strong understanding of game design principles, mechanics, and player psychology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to turn data and user feedback into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate with feature-oriented teams.
- Proficiency with industry-standard UX research and prototyping tools.
- Understanding of Unreal Engine 5 tools and a portfolio demonstrating video game UX work are desirable.
