Level Designer (Mobile Games)

Location: Remote, based in Montréal or North America

What you will do

• Design levels for a new mobile game combining arcade and RPG genres.
• Create and implement engaging levels that introduce new challenges for players.
• Analyze gameplay data and balance levels to optimize win rates, retention, and monetization.
• Prepare and execute special and seasonal in-game events.
• Collaborate closely with game designers and economy designers.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in level design for mobile games.
• Strong interest in arcade-style games and strong player empathy.
• Ability to analyze data and use it to optimize levels.
• Creative, self-organized, self-motivated, and focused on delivering high-quality results.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English; location in Montréal or North America required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Unity.
