What you will do

• Manage a product team of 3-5 backend and frontend engineers.
• Actively participate in product development (30% management, 70% development).
• Lead hiring and onboarding processes for new engineers.
• Manage team dynamics, inspire members, and optimize execution.
• Provide continuous and constructive feedback to foster team growth.
• Guide and coach team members, supporting individual career development.

Requirements

• Experience managing an engineering team of at least 2 people.
• Extensive experience with Backend (Elixir/Phoenix).
• Solid understanding of engineering and development principles and best practices.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to inspire others and instill confidence.
• Good understanding of team dynamics.
• Fluency in English is required for all communications.
