Location: Must be willing to work from an office 4 days per week in San Francisco, New York, London, or Mexico City

Salary: $151,200 - $180,500

What you will do

• Advise sustainability leaders on advancing their sustainability programs.
• Lead strategic engagements across target-setting, decarbonization, environmental impact management, and regulatory reporting.
• Build sustainability intelligence by staying ahead of emerging frameworks, regulations, and market developments.
• Help hirify.global develop new products and services by exploring sustainability needs and prototyping value for customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including 2 years at a consulting firm and 4 years in sustainability.
• Deep understanding of global supply chains, manufacturing processes, and procurement functions.
• Expertise in corporate decarbonization and familiarity with key climate frameworks and reporting frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communicator, able to present complex analyses to C-suite audiences.
• Passionate about solving climate change.
• Excel at driving strategic initiatives in complex organizations.

Nice to have

• Direct experience working within key sustainability-adjacent corporate functions (e.g., procurement).
• Direct experience working on decarbonizing physical supply chains.
• Previous experience working in SaaS climate tech.
• Advanced degree in sustainability, climate science, environmental engineering, or related technical fields.
• Fluent in multiple languages (English, Spanish, French, or German).
