What you will do

• Coordinate and execute all technical activities throughout the lifecycle of a sales opportunity.
• Work with customers to better understand their product development requirements and address application-specific design and simulation needs.
• Support the development of differentiating simulation solutions using the hirify.global platform and products.
• Collaborate with hirify.global Product Development to translate customer requirements into new product features.
• Support the hirify.global Field and Digital Marketing team by developing promotional materials and supporting events.
• Contribute to and lead professional service deliveries and conduct training classes.

Requirements

• BS or MS or PhD in Engineering or related fields
• BS+5, MS+3, or PhD+0 years of professional experience in an engineering software environment
• Demonstrated use of relevant hirify.global software or knowledge of other commercial CAE, CAD, EDA, PLM software packages
• Demonstrated understanding of engineering practices and product development.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of time
• Logical problem-solving, strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in writing and speaking English

Nice to have

• Preferred education and years of professional experience in an engineering software environment: BS+8, MS+6, or PhD+3
• 2 years of experience in application engineering, customer support, or consulting services type customer facing roles using engineering software
• Good understanding of enterprise class product development systems like SLM, SPDM, ERP, ALM, TDM, MIM, PDM, PLM (e.g. Aras Innovator, Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault ENOVIA or 3DEXPERIENCE, PTC Windchill, MSc SimManager)
• Fluency in Italian and/or Spanish
