What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive industrial security programs in accordance with NISPOM and DoD directives.
• Serve as the primary liaison with the DCSA and other government security agencies.
• Manage facility clearance processes and support accreditation activities.
• Administer personnel security clearances, including investigations and DISS portal management.
• Oversee physical security programs, including access control, visitor management, and alarm systems.
• Conduct internal security audits and investigations to identify and mitigate compliance gaps.

Requirements

• Must be based in Centennial, Colorado
• Active security clearance or previous experience holding a security clearance
• Typically 10+ years of experience in industrial security within a government contracting environment.
• Proven experience successfully transitioning a facility to FCL accreditation.
• Deep knowledge of NISPOM, DoD security requirements, and classified information handling.
• Strong proficiency in DISS and government security portals.

Nice to have

• Experience with SCIF accreditation and ICD-705 requirements.
• Completion of DCSA FSO Program Management training.
• Experience with COMSEC procedures.
• Background in aerospace or defense highly regulated environments.
