What you will do
- Troubleshoot and resolve challenging product issues via Email, SMS, Phone, and Video.
- Serve as a point of escalation and vet the legitimacy of product-related issues in Support.
- Develop feedback loops and collaborate with the Product team to improve the ecosystem.
- Create and maintain internal documentation for products and processes.
- Train internal teams on new features and best practices.
- Collaborate with Engineering to recommend and deploy fixes for code-related issues.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Philippines.
- 1-2 years of experience in Product or Technical Support.
- Familiarity with modern web services, APIs, and scripting languages.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in an unstructured environment.
- Strong analytical and data-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Customer-first attitude with high empathy.
