📋 Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Platform Engineer to join our growing team. This role involves designing and implementing robust data pipelines, optimizing data infrastructure, and ensuring high-quality data solutions for our clients (the product focused on monitoring and managing computers, networks, and virtual environments across clouds and organizations).

🎯 Responsibilities

- Design, build, and scale data infrastructure for real-time analytics and automation.
- Own the full lifecycle: architecture, development, deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
- Work directly with backend, AI, and data teams to deliver robust, reliable systems that support our AI-first strategy.
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and compliance, operating in production-aware environments.

✅ Requirements

- 5+ years of data engineering experience
- Experience with Java (Vert.x or Spring) - a must
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) - a must
- Hands-on experience with Kafka and streaming frameworks like Kafka Streams, Flink, Spark, or Beam - a must
- Experience working in production-aware, observability-driven environments - monitoring troubleshooting, and optimizing
- Knowledge of Postgres, Redis, Clickhouse - an advantage
- Familiarity with AI-first development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor) – an advantage
- Strong foundation in object-oriented design, design patterns, and clean code practices
- Comfortable designing, deploying, and maintaining backend services and data flows
- Passion for learning, experimenting with new tech, and building reliable systems at scale
- Russian and English B2, only Poland
