What you will do

• Lead the development of new agent capabilities and ensure they work seamlessly across platforms.
• Design and implement evaluation systems to continuously improve agent performance.
• Manage platform automation and onboarding processes for customers.
• Expand the integrations ecosystem by shipping new platforms and enterprise app requirements.
• Conduct full launch cycles, including customer enablement through various channels.
• Engage with customers directly to demonstrate products and co-sell with the sales team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI, e-commerce, or customer experience.
• Strong technical fluency with APIs and integrations.
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle product ownership.
• Excellent customer-facing skills and confidence in running demos.
