What you will do
- Drive key product metrics and ensure direct impact on ARR.
- Innovate and optimize pricing and billing strategies.
- Streamline signup flow and onboarding processes to enhance user experience.
- Develop and execute churn prevention strategies.
- Lead the development and maintenance of all product documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in a product leadership role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Outcome-focused with a strong drive to achieve strategic goals.
- Data-driven product management.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining product documentation.
- Strong experience in managing cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with generative AI and its application in improving team and product efficiency.
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms (Bubble.io, Retool, Airtable, etc.)
- Familiarity with Theory of Constraints.
