TL;DR

Senior CRO Manager: Driving conversion rate growth at hirify.global by leading end-to-end optimization cycles, from data analysis and hypothesis generation to creating high-fidelity mockups and collaborating with developers with an accent on delivering measurable results. Focus on designing UI/UX mockups, statistical rigor in test outcomes, and building a systematic testing roadmap for continuous conversion growth.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end optimization cycles from research and hypothesis to design, testing, and rollout.
  • Conduct in-depth funnel analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Design high-quality UI/UX mockups that clearly communicate your vision and maintain brand integrity.
  • Partner with engineers to ensure flawless test implementation and deployment.
  • Analyze test outcomes with statistical rigor, making confident scaling decisions.
  • Document learnings and build a systematic testing roadmap for continuous conversion growth.

Requirements

  • Proven CRO Results: 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally with subscription or SaaS funnels, with documented performance lifts.
  • Design Sensibility: Strong UI/UX understanding, able to create compelling, detailed mockups.
  • Analytical Expertise: Skilled in platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Growthbook (or similar).
  • Execution Excellence: Remarkable attention to detail with a bias for action in fast-moving environments.
  • Ownership Mentality: Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable being fully accountable for performance outcomes.
  • Communication: Clear, persuasive communicator with strong English skills (written and spoken).

Nice to have

  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar).
  • Exposure to marketing attribution models, UTM parameters, and ROAS measurement.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute quickly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
