Engine Graphics Programmer (C++)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize graphical features, shaders, and rendering backends.
• Collaborate with technical leads, game programmers, artists, and content designers to align engine functionality with creative goals.
• Maintain and enhance the technical foundation supporting strategy games.
• Ensure graphics systems meet performance benchmarks and run efficiently across platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of C++ programming experience, preferably in the game industry.
• Strong knowledge of 3D graphics, GPU technologies, rendering pipelines, HLSL, and compute shaders.
• Experience with proprietary game engines and rendering APIs such as DirectX12 and Vulkan.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex performance issues.
• Experience working in multithreaded environments.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly in English.
