hirify.global is a Swedish game developer creating AAA-quality multiplayer games for PC and console with Unreal Engine.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain core game engine systems across multiple platforms.
  • Improve game performance and stability.
  • Implement and adapt rendering features, including modern lighting techniques, to support visual fidelity goals.
  • Find, diagnose, understand, and fix crashes in low-level systems.
  • Guide colleagues through technical decisions and collaborate effectively across disciplines.

Requirements

  • Professional experience with C++ and shader programming.
  • Understanding of CPU and GPU architecture.
  • Experience improving and working with a feature-rich game engine.
  • Ability to prioritize work, maintain high technical standards, and carry projects through to completion.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with Unreal Engine.
  • PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X development experience.
  • Experience with modern rendering pipelines such as DirectX 12 or Vulkan.
