What you will do

• Build native AI-powered product features and intelligent user interactions that are fast and intuitive.
• Design backend services to power natural language interfaces, smart suggestions, and agentic workloads.
• Optimize prompts, fine-tune model behavior, and evaluate AI performance.
• Contribute to the architecture of reliable and privacy-aware AI-integration infrastructure.
• Guide the agent platform to allow third-party agents to integrate into the hirify.global experience.
• Collaborate with product and design to prototype and iterate on intelligent workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building high-quality customer-facing products.
• Strong fundamentals in React, TypeScript, Node, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Must be based in North America.
• Track record of driving complex, end-to-end features with visible product impact.
• Strong product sensibility with a focus on UX, speed, and polish.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, async-first environment with a lean, high-output team.

Nice to have

• Experience at a startup or a company with a genuinely high engineering bar.
• Familiarity with Temporal, Redis, or Google Cloud (k8s).
