What you will do

• Build end-to-end user-facing features from database models to GraphQL resolvers and UI components.
• Optimize the data synchronization stack using improved serialization protocols.
• Implement real-time collaborative editing within the content editor.
• Improve system performance by profiling and optimizing virtualized list rendering.
• Develop analytics, monitoring, and alerting systems to improve operational incident response.
• Contribute to the community by open-sourcing non-trivial technical innovations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building high-quality customer-facing products.
• Strong fundamentals in React and TypeScript with full-stack experience (Node, GraphQL, PostgreSQL).
• Proven track record of driving complex, end-to-end features with visible product impact.
• Product sensibility with a strong focus on UX, speed, and polish.
• Ability to shape problems and work independently without heavy PM overhead.
• Must be based in North America or Europe and thrive in an async-first environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working at a startup or a company with a very high engineering bar.
