What you will do

• Provide customer support to healthcare professionals and help them deliver better patient care.
• Represent user feedback within the company through insights, analysis, and feedback for other teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams and work closely with NHS and government leaders.
• Support the launch of innovative products and resolve complex customer issues.
• Participate in key meetings, varied projects, and international travel opportunities.

Requirements

• No previous experience is required.
• Predicted 2:2 or above at degree level.
• A levels or equivalent.
